Recently, Samsung Galaxy S7 was just released. However, a allegedly leaked new phone was leaked online today, named the Samsung Galaxy C5.

The Samsung Galaxy C5 is a leaked phone that began their rounds on the Internet about a week ago.

It is believed to be unveiled in China on the 26th of May, which is a Thursday. This is not confirmed as it can be released at a later date.

The phone is also believed to be set at a mid-range value smartphone price. The phone would be marked at 1,599 Yuans in China for the C5.

It's bigger brother, however, is the Samsung Galaxy C7. The C7 will be slightly different as the size will be bigger by 0.5 inches. The C7, however, will have the same display resolution.

However, the phone has 4GB RAM, as powerful as the Note 5 and S7. This is very shocking as the Note 5 and S7 are priced at a higher price while the C5 and C7 are priced at a lower and affordable price.

Sadly, there is a low battery capacity of 2,600mAh. Hopefully, Samsung would be able to increase the battery capacity or add a new feature that could increase the battery life.

Nevertheless, there are wide colour options from the premium Gold, pinky Pink, Silver and Gray.

The first set of leaked images that was leaked. In this image, you can see that the phone's back are a bit similar to the HTC One's back. There are also antenna lines.

Sorry for the late post. I was quite busy this month with the tons of paperwork I had. Once again, I sincerely apologise for not posting.

Basically, I had just received a request from a reader of mine who was confused about which phone he wanted to purchase. He gave seven phone choices that he thinks it will be appropriate for him. He was also having trouble deciding as the phones now has a lot of good specifications which made him at lost.
Basically, the phones are:
1) Samsung Galaxy S7
2) Samsung Galaxy A7 2016
3) LG V10
4) LG G5
5) Samsung Galaxy A5 2016
6) Samsung Galaxy J7
7) Sony Xperia Z5

Specifications and recommendations he were looking for:
1) Design
2) Battery Capacity
3) Display
4) Hardware
5) Performance
6) Graphics
7) Software
8) Camera
9) Price Group/Budget

Does the phone listed on top sounds familiar to you? If you said yes, congratulations, you are in the right era of technology, For those who replied no, don't feel sad. This post might guide you to the right era.

Firstly, what I got from the above data was surprising. In reality, this phones are actually high end phones. Sadly, we can exclude the Galaxy A5 2016 and A7 2016 as the Galaxy A series focuses on an affordable price and a decent, flawless design.

Let's start with the first phone, the Samsung Galaxy S7. Who would even decline the phone if he or she was being offered. I mean, just look at the phone. It's more beautiful then my face, We all know that Samsung Galaxy S7's predecessor was the beautifully designed and successful Samsung Galaxy S6. It truly was the most successful smartphone of Samsung but the sales wasn't that surprising.

Here is an infographic of Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy S7's specifications:

Open the picture for a better view.

As we can see from the above data, the Samsung Galaxy S6 was much more better in terms of specs, even though sales were quite bad, while the Samsung Galaxy S7 had better performance in games and better resistance.

All of that above, I personally feel that considering buying the Samsung Galaxy S6 is a better choice then buying the Samsung Galaxy S7.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Pros:
• Waterproof feature (indeed rare of all the Samsung Galaxy S series, but the S5 has this feature so it isn't much of a concern)
• Large Capacity Battery
• Better performance camera.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Cons:
• The glass back is easily breakable, no matter whatever Corilla or Gorilla glass is being used, unless it is made of high-resistence security glasses.
• Noticable heavy weight, as the S6 was much more lighter.
• A bit more thicker, as the S6 was more slimmer than the S7.
• Non-removable glass back.
• Similar designs.

CONCLUSION:
Even though the S7 is a promising phone, I will highly recommend not to buy this phone as the S7 got worse in terms of specs. Some people might deny me.

Samsung Galaxy A7 2016:

The Samsung Galaxy A7 2016 is the predecessor of last year's Samsung Galaxy A7 smartphone. We have prepared a specs list, which is the courtesy of Samsung.

Specifications of the Samsung Galaxy A7 2016. ©Courtesy of Samsung.

Samsung Galaxy A7 2016 is specially designed for the low to mid price groups. They are indeed affordable to be bought and they are usually sold at the price of lesser then $600, which is impressive.

Samsung Galaxy A7 2016 was derived from the the Samsung Galaxy A series, also known as Samsung Galaxy Alpha.

Samsung Galaxy A7 2016 is precisely one of the better phones. It has a staggering 3300mAh battery. This battery is just 3 times more then my daily driver. This battery could last for about 1 and a half days or 2, an estimate count.

The phone also comes onboard a flashing fast LTE Cat 6, capable of reaching up to 300 - 50p mbps of download speed. Samsung also added the Optical Image Stabilisation technology to the A7 2016, which the A7 last year didn't had.

The phone has 16GB of internal storage, just enough to save 900 pictures that are above 10MP size and 40 mins of 1080P video. If you are a photographer who has trouble deciding whether to buy this phone, I highly recommend you this phone as it has a microSD card slot that supports up to 128GB.

The phone is currently running Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, which should be upgradable to the latest Marshmallow.

Design wise, the phone again has a Corning Gorilla glass back for premium design of the phone.

With that being said, I'll leave more of the specs for you to decide.

Pros:
• LTE Cat 6 (high speed download speeds)
• 3GB RAM
• Large battery capacity (3,300mAh)
• MST that supports Samsung Pay (not a big feature as more of future Samsung phones will support Samsung Pay)
• Camera that supports Optical Image Stabilisation

Cons:
• Non-removable back
• Glass back is easy to shatter when dropped on hard ground.
• Heavy weight, 172g
• Outdated software.

LG V10

Comparing a LG phone is considered difficult for me as I am not a LG phone used, and I don't own a LG product, not even the smallest thing that you could find in my house.

The LG V10 is a phone made for performance, as obvious, from it's specification. The LG V10 houses a powerful 4GB RAM, just as equivalent to the Samsung Galaxy S7. As from that, we know that the Samsung Galaxy S7 isn't the last man standing. The LG V10 is considered to be one of the best benchmarked phone to me.

The LG V10 also has a decent 16MP on the back while a 5MP selfie camera, which is common among all phone.

The V10 is equipped with a 3000mAh battery, enough to last for about a day from my experience. It will vary on the usage.

It's connection isn't that bad but it has a LTE connectivity, which is also not a new feature. The phone is onboard Android 5.1 Lollipop, which should be upgradable to Android Marshmallow.

The phone has a large storage capacity, 64GB. That can store an estimated 8,000 images and 80 minutes of full HD video.

Overall, the LG V10 is a costly phone. It cost around $US669, when converted to my local currency, is close to a thousand dollars.

I'll leave it to you to decide. For me, I will not buy this phone as it cost an arm and a leg. Specifications are below:

Pros:
• Good camera (16MP)
• A gaming console (has 4GB ram)
• Storage (64GB)

Cons:
• Costly price (close to a thousand dollars in my local currency)
• Outdated software onboard

LG G5

Another LG phone on the loose of being compared.

The LG G5 is a phone that was designed for the technology and innovation of all the smartphone out there.

The LG G5 comes onboard a crystal clear display, that has a pixel density of 554, just a slight difference ahead of the Samsung Galaxy S7.

This is a point of disappointment. Despite having a good camera, and all those wide expansion angle stuff, do you think that this phone could be suitable for a user's photography usage? I mean there is only 2800mAh of battery "juice". This is not the only bad news, but the battery can be removed. Good news that the camera can support 4K recording.

The RAM remains the same with the LG V10. The weight is a bit lighter which is 159g. It's considered a moderate level phone. Below are the specs of the phone.

The phone is also a costly phone. For me, I highly recommend you not to buy this phone, unless you are a billionaire, which I won't even care.

Open the picture for a better view.

Pros:
• Good camera
• First modular designed phone
• Quad HD display
• 4GB RAM
• Fingerprint scanner
• Removable Battery
• Lightweight

Cons:
• Costly Price
• Quad HD display consumes more battery

Samsung Galaxy A5 2016

Again, another Samsung Galaxy Alpha phone waiting to be compared. Here I come, Samsung Galaxy A5. Muahahaha.

Okay, let's focus on the main topic. The Samsung Galaxy A5 2016 is a midrange value phone that is priced at half the normal price of popular smartphones.

This Alpha smartphone weights around 155g, just close enough to the Samsung Galaxy A7. It features a AMOLED Full HD screen, which a pixel density (ppi) of 424, enough to view a 1080p with great details.

It has a 2GB RAM, which is common for all phones as the standard or minimum level is placed at this level of RAM.

It comes with 16GB of internal storage, enough to fill plenty of videos and pictures. It is also packed with an expandable storage slot or microSD card slot that can handle up to 128GB. It has a 13MP front camera and 5MP back camera, a common feature all phones have.

It has a battery capacity of 2,900mAh, which could power up the phone for a day, in estimated thinking. Games isn't recommended for this phone and productivity work is preferable for this particular smartphone.

Design wise, it's a win win situation. The device has a glass back, which is easy to break when dropped. It is also a non-removable battery device, which makes the phone unresponsive when it hangs.

I will leave all the other specs to you:

Open the picture for a better view.

Pros:
√ Display Resolution
√ Improved Design
√ Thumbprint scanner

Cons:
√ Most of it's specifications are the same
√ Lower capacity battery
√ Design of the back
√ Non-Removable battery
√ Thumbprint scanner is not that good as errors are common with it
√ Outdated software

Rating: 7.3 / 10

Samsung Galaxy J7

This phone was released back then, around June last year.

This phone, according to my judgment, is adequate to me. The phone has a good battery capacity or 3000mAh. This can power up for a day.

It has a 13MP camera on the back and a 5MP camera on the front.

I will leave all the specifications for you to decide:

Open the picture for a better view.

Pros:
√ High capacity battery
√ A gaming phone

Cons:
√ 1.5GB RAM
√ 8GB of internal storage
√ HD only screen

Sony Xperia Z5

Finally, a phone that is of a different brands from the others. Sony! Let's give a brief detail about the phone.

The Sony Xperia Z5 is a follow-up phone of Sony Xperia Z4. Throughout all the Sony Xperia Z phones, only Z5 had a significant change in camera quality.

The Z5 has a outstanding sharp 23MP camera that can record 4K videos. But still, it only has a 5MP front camera. Quite disappointing to hear this but Sony isn't the only phone that has the highest resolution. Did you know that the Nokia Lumia 1020 has a 41MP back camera??

Mind blowing isn't it? The phone weighs 154g and it is carved out of metal as per usual.

It has a 3GB RAM and a 32GB internal storage, which is not enough to store pictures if you are buying this phone just for the camera. It's storage can be expanded until 200GB.

Sadly, battery capacity is a non-removable 2900mAh. That can't last for a day if you use it often.

It has a fingerprint sensor for security at the power button. I'll leave the specs for you to decide:

Open the picture for a better view.

Pros:
√ Waterproof
√ Camera
√ Price
√ Compact Design

Cons:
√ Non-removable battery
√ Less internal storage
√ Battery capacity is only 2900mAh.

Rating: 9 / 10

IN A NUTSHELL:

Personally, I think that the LG G5 is the best specs phone out there. Comparing the specifications with other phones, this is the only phone that has a removable battery. I didn't picked J7 as the designs were a little too outdated.

So the winner is G5.

Please stay tuned for more updates.

Signing off.

MY RATING: 4.3/5

Hey readers! Sorry if this post took too long to be brought up. I am quite busy this few weeks as there were exams that I had to go through.

Basically, this post was from a viewer of mine who wanted to contribute to my blog. He said that there is a very good video editing app for Android, which is called FilmoraGo.

To me, I was indeed shocked when I was using the application. The application had so many features. Let us see how the application works.

Firstly, we will be greeted by the amazing opening, which features a sea with waves splashing onto the rocks with a spectacular filter that makes our eyes attracted.

The beautiful start screen.

Then, it will take you to your gallery. It will instruct you to choose whichever video or photo you want, from your internal storage, Facebook, Google and Instagram. This feature is rarely seen on other video editing applications. I'll add a star to the /5 rating.

The selection screen.

After selecting your sources, you will be redirected to the editing UI (UI is commonly known as the user interface) of the application. In here, it shows it's true colours of the application.

Above this paragraph are the processes taken to make your video. And then, finally, the exporting of the video.

The feeling of satisfaction will surround you with the video. But then, for me, it took a long time as my phone wasn't a flagship phone, like the Samsung Galaxy S7.

The exporting will vary according to your device. If your device are the low end phones, the time taken will be longer, unless you have a 10 terabytes of RAM, which makes man hard to develop that insane technology.

Alright, enough of the talking.

The final and foremost process to be done, exporting.

The exporting screen looks rather dull. It has a black background. That doesn't matters. The only thing that matters here are the options.

There are a lot of options for you to choose from. One of the options are to preview. I had tried tracing the source before saving it to the gallery but i couldn't trace it.

There are also other options like sharing the video to social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. The best option for me will be the "Save to Gallery" option. Click that and vice versa, your video will be instantly placed into the gallery.

As a summary, I would give this application a 4.3/5.0 rating. This application is good because of it's wide variety of categories to choose from. For instance, the "Themes" category provides a lot of premium looking theme like the concert. It has a lot of symmetrical lines involved with large fonts involved.

You may be able to find more features by downloading the application from the Google Play Store or the App Store.

With that being said, Arif signing off.

Just a quick glimpse of my next post, it will be about "Which phone should I buy?". Stay tuned and for readers who definitely has a problem on deciding which phone to buy, this incoming post will be for you.

Since this is my first entry, I am going to write a review based on my daily driver.

We all know that Xiaomi is a rapidly growing company that caters and aims for a cheaper, affordable, higher quality phones that has a premium feel.

In this entry, we are going to review the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G.

Despite Xiaomi’s latest release of the Xiaomi Redmi series, which is the Mi 5, it’s older phone are still surviving. The quality and design materials are improving.

Some of the major key features that Xiaomi had implemented into their newer phones are the thumbprint or fingerprint scanner, which takes security to another level.

Nevertheless, the camera on all of it’s phone were the same, the old boring 13MP camera on the back, followed by it’s sibling, the 5MP front facing camera which is used to capture selfies, weefies or whatever they call it nowadays. Until the latest Xiaomi phones that was just released earlier this year, the Xiaomi Mi 5 and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro, which houses an impressing 16MP camera, shoots all the best shots in a vibrance way, followed by an increase of quality in it’s phone.

Also, the designs had change too. From a boring black and dull look, to a polished golden look.

This is just a brief description of the phone. It weighs 185g which is extremely heavy for a phone. It has a Mini-SIM card slot.

Let’s start with the hardware information.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G comes packed with Android Version 4.4.4 KitKat, which has the MIUI layered over. It is quite disappointing to see that the phone does not support Lollipop but it supports Marshmallow, which is an Android Operating System that is loved by many.

It also come with a Qualcomm MSM8928 Snapdragon 400 chipset. It has a CPU (Central Processing Unit) which is a Quad-core 1.6 GHz Cortex-A7. It’s GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) is an Adreno 305. It’s performance was an average rating, as it handles games without lags, but it could misbehave from time to time.

Leaving out the platform information, here comes it’s display information. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G has a 720 × 1280 pixels display, which is equivalent to ~267 pixel density. The display size is 5.5′, just a little larger than your average hand. The display type is a IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors.

The display is in the above picture.

The phone’s communication Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi direct and a hotspot support. The phone has a USB, GPS, radio and bluetooth.

The camera on the back of the phone.

Let’s move onto the camera. Well the back camera has a 13MP shooter. It captures satisfactory and decent pictures. Not do overexposed or overly contrast. It aperture f/2.2 aperture. It supports autofocus and it has a LED flash. It doesn’t support 4K recording but it records at 1080p.

The front camera is a 5MP camera that captures good selfies. It’s very useful when you are a king or queen of selfies or a person who is just engrossed in selfies. It records videos at 720p.

The loudspeaker.

Well, the loudspeaker at the back of the phone is fairly loud. It’s not recommended to play music at a noisy place. Other then that, it’s rated satisfactory.

PROS:

√ Affordable Price
√ Camera
√ Data Connectivity
√ Long Battery Life
√ Touch Buttons

CONS:

• NFC Technology
• Long Charging Time

Overall, the phone is rated a 8.7/10.

The Phone:

The 3.5mm headphone jack.

The charging port.

The volume buttons and the power button.

The touch buttons.
